The room was clean, spacious and matched the pictures on the website. The concierge team was great and made checking in and out easy. The concierge service got us reservations at the Skytop Lodge for dinner and took the stress out of planning. And we got a really nice breakfast basket delivered to our room in the morning! All in all, a perfect couples weekend. Return.
I decided to surprise my husband with a weekend in the mountains this year for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. I told the owner what I was planning and they surprised us by having a gift basket and flowers in the room when we arrived. The room is perfect for a nice and intimate weekend. What impressed me the most was the service. Not only did they have baskets and flowers waiting, but the concierge service was able to recommend good restaurants and make reservations. We will be back often.
I had several friends up for the weekend at the house with a private pool, everything was nice and clean, well stocked for food. So many fun places, we’re already talking about another trip!
We had a wonderful time in this amazing house with our 3 sons, dog and two other families. We are minutes from everything, including the lake, hiking trails, playgrounds, restaurants, and stores where we need to get groceries. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The Pump House has been a part of the Poconos since before the Civil War. The main house was built as a farmhouse in 1842.
