Don’t move here!!!!! Save your energy and above all your money!!!!!!!!! Management sucks!! We were moved into an infested apartment. First noticing all the cockroaches. We called SEVERAL times to get someone to come out and spray! We kept getting promises that someone would make and no one ever did. We ended up bombing our own apartment. What is management and maintenance for? Shortly after, I started getting bitten by little black bugs which I later found out were bed bugs. I called several times about this as well. Two people came twice to tell us we had bed bugs but didn’t come to spray! It was the worst move of my life and we’ve only been here two months. Don’t be fooled! Worst place ever!!!!
I’ve been here for almost a year now and love it here, the management is great, they’re friendly and listen to you when you need something done in your apartment. It’s quiet and a great place for kids.
I’ve lived at 49 West for about three years now. I really like that. It is calm and very discreet. I’m in my third year of teaching, so it’s important that I live somewhere affordable and safe. 49 west is both of those things. It is also very practical. Mendi, the apartment manager, is very kind and approachable and tries to accommodate you as best she can when there is a maintenance issue or anything else you may need help with.
Great management and perfect living conditions! I lived here for a year and never had any problems!

I have lived here for a year now and had no problems. The housekeeping staff are very polite and resolve any issues you have with your residence in a timely manner. Mendi, the apartment manager, is the best at what she does and making sure your stay at 49 West is a great experience.
I have been at 49 West since January 2017 and have no complaints. My neighbors and I take care of each other. Any questions I had, my property manager responds in a timely manner and always makes sure everything is ok. The only maintenance had to come in, he was very friendly and prompt. Definitely give this place 5 stars!
Allison Rule 9/14/16 Management does nothing to help tenants with any issues that arise. My daughter lives there and is constantly forced to listen to loud music from the next door neighbor. There is never any response from management to written requests for help with this, nor any help on the rare occasions when my daughter has been able to find someone alive in the office. Instead, he is told that they only take care of the rent. My husband and I left messages on the phone at the office, but we haven’t received a call yet. There is a “courtesy officer” who resides at the resort and he was unable to help. Eventually the commander got the county police to talk to the neighbors…this helped for two days and today the music was blaring at 7am. I went to visit my daughter several times when the noise level next door was unacceptable. What does it take for the management of 49 West Apartment to fix this problem? These are not cheap and I will definitely advise others to rent elsewhere.
