Their rehabilitation department never took more than about 7-10 days to renovate the house after each tenant had left and get it ready for the next tenant.

After I decided to sell, he got the property spick and span and got everything repaired and ready for sale, as he had always done between every tenant. He sent me pictures for my review.
The property has been sold through First Choice Investments. Krissia Pena did a fantastic job. I was glad I didn’t have to go to CA and just do all the documents electronically. She advised me on the difference in preparation between a re-let and a sale, and saved me a lot of money on preparation. Krissia advised me what price to set. We got 27 performances and 10 offers on the first day at the market. We accepted an increased offer and the house sold on day two for $40K more than the sale price (it was already aggressively priced). I just agreed with everything Krissia suggested…it was like being married to her! (lol) It all worked out. If I ever choose to own an investment property again, I’ll call First Choice Investments and Management One.
