Awesome complex/condo! Visited during spring break with our teenage daughter. Perfect accommodation and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy an amazing beach vacation. Free beach chairs/umbrellas were a big plus. We all enjoyed cycling in front of the beach. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and nearby shopping. We will certainly visit again. Highly recommend and thanks to the owners for providing a perfect beach trip!
This unit is close to everything! The beach has wonderful things. Walking distance to great restaurants. Our children slept well in their beds. Nice balcony too. Peace and quiet. There is a beautiful pool with hot tub and barbecue grill just outside your door.
I just had to drop you a quick note to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Destin Florida at Maravilla 2113.
The location was perfect near the pool and beach. I watched the sun rise every morning from our beautiful view.

We have been married 40 years and have always wanted our own successful business. We have had businesses in the past, but vacation rentals have proven to be an interesting, exciting experience for us.
Barry also works full-time at a large company as a Marketing Director, so he is our go-to person for all of our advertising and marketing for Coastline Condos. He has an MBA, so he’s the ‘money’ guy too.
Jeanne (that’s me) has a bachelor’s degree in education, and has taught software applications for several years at a private business school. Before that, many careers from life are not, but after teaching for some time, I decided to move to a large insurance company where I was a major account responsible for 10 years. During this time, Barry and I traveled to Destin for vacation and decided to buy a condo at the most beautiful beach in the world!! We bought another and another, and soon we were Destiny! Friends and friends of friends asked us to manage and rent out their condos, so our business continued to grow. I took early retirement from the insurance company, and the rest is history. We feel very fortunate that the owners trust us with their investment property. We cherish our guests who stay at the properties we represent, and we want them to come back and make even more memories with their families.
Susan is our office manager at Coastline Condos. Susan and I went to college together and worked together at our first teaching jobs. Susan and I also worked together later in our careers at the major insurance company. We have been friends for 30 years. When I decided I really needed someone in the office to join us in this business, I thought of Susan. He had recently retired from his company, but decided he wasn’t ready to quit, so I knew the timing would be perfect. We are so glad he is working with us and keeping us on our toes!

Robin is a reservations manager. She is a delightful, knowledgeable addition to our team and answers questions on our website, in VRBO and in your phone calls. He is up to speed on our processes and procedures and can solve your problem in a heartbeat. Robin will do everything she can to help you find the perfect vacation spot for the dates you need. We are so excited to have Robin on our team!

Our reservations are on call 24/7 — We just started a new project, which will give our guests access to a live person who can book your vacation in one of our condos or cottages at night, day holidays and weekends when Keighty and Robin are. not online. If you need to reserve a property at 10 p.m. or 4 a.m., our reservationists will be able to answer your questions and book your rental over the phone, whenever you’re ready! This is our answer to those who can’t call during the day, don’t want to book online, or just want assistance booking the perfect vacation!

We work with several maintenance companies, which are assigned only to certain condos. This keeps our maintenance schedule issues to a minimum. The housekeepers themselves are licensed and bonded, and employed by their company, so we’re confident they have the best to offer in that department. The managers run a tight ship, and our guests can attest to that.
We have a contract with Destin Property Services, who will inspect every cleaning done by our maintenance company in all of our units this year. We are sure that this will make the maintenance part of our business very efficient and allow us to maintain high standards for our guests. Clean condos are our guests’ #1 concern, so we’re making that our #1 concern, too. DPS will also help you with wireless internet, or any other maintenance issues you may have.
Destin Property Services will also contact you after your arrival. If you have any concerns about maintenance, your wifi, or need to report a broken or malfunctioning device, please call or text Curtis at 850-542-0136 or email him at [email protected] and he will help you. We’ve had rave reviews about his service and his focus is on you having a worry-free vacation when you rent a property from us.
Our maintenance team is johnny-on-the-spot when we have a plumbing or electrical problem or if anything else goes wrong. They manage other companies that may have to be called in (like when we have an air conditioning or heating problem). We wish it was not so, but these things happen in the properties, and this team aims to please us and you, our very important guests!
