Property Management Inc Reviews – Ralph at RMB Associates was a key element in making our first experience of being a homeowner positive. We found a property that we were interested in buying, but because of the low market value at the time, decided to rent our existing house rather than sell it. We contacted Ralph and he helped guide us through every step of the way. His time, showing the house and carefully processing the applicants, helped us greatly to find a tenant. He is an important communicator for the tenants and is very helpful in facilitating some of the minor maintenance and repairs we had during the tenancy. At the end of the lease period, our tenants chose to move and the real estate market improved enough that we decided to sell. Ralph has continued to provide invaluable assistance in the process of closing the lease, dealing with the last house walk and setting a reasonable repayment of the deposit. We are happy to work with Ralph and if the need for a real estate manager arises for us again, he will be the first person we contact.
