The home is a log cabin style home with a large deck to enjoy the view. There is an oversized, attached 1-car garage and multiple entrances. A freshwater spring provides clean, delicious drinking water all year round.

In the basement there is another bedroom with a wardrobe and a private bathroom. There is a living room and bonus room that are currently combined and used as a third bedroom. A wood stove is included for additional heat on the lower level.
Behind the home is a 35 x 50 shop with three bays, one with a 12-foot RV door. There is a walk-through door at each end and plenty of workbenches. The shop is insulated with a wood stove that can heat the entire space. Lots of windows for natural light.
To the rear of the property is a timber storey house, perfect for a children’s cabin, hobby room or a quiet oasis. It has electricity and a small wood stove that can heat the space.

Below the house there is a nice horse stable with metal enclosures and waterers. A cinder-block structure has two large rooms for stapling and feeding with built-in saddle racks and a work bench, as well as a fine frigge shed.
Although currently used as a holiday home, this property was previously occupied as a full-time residence. One of the owners worked as a full time nurse and commuted to Cody for work for 16 years!
