The maintenance staff was great and came out right away to fix any issues. They even went out on Memorial Day. I would recommend it to anyone living in Mechanicsburg.

I’m not currently renting with PMI, but I called them about an apartment, and they were great at helping me out. When none of their openings worked for my situation, they helped me find a place at another company. They have helped me a lot, and you can tell this is a company with great people! My husband and I are tired of being slaves in our home. Townhouse rental is the answer we were looking for!!! This townhouse community is the answer to our prayers…small dogs allowed, GREAT, responsive staff. If I come back to the Wmspt Area to live, I will contact Woodlands Park!
Moving on, after PMI took over the apartment from the last property management company, my apartment was in abysmal shape. Everything was dirty, some of the furniture was moldy, the kitchen appliances were outdated, and the carpet was badly stained. PMI stepped in and fixed EVERYTHING right away. They have the best customer service I have ever seen.
I have rented through PMI for the past two years and lived in Laurel Terrace. The customer service is great! Employees at PMI are always ready to help, whether it’s a lockout, maintenance request, or general office question. They are very understanding and fun to work with. Renting through PMI was great during my last two years at Penn State.

Perfect place for poor college kids. The rent is cheap, the WiFi is free, the apartments are very nice. There is a building where you can do laundry and while you wait you can tan, play Wii, play Playstation 3, play pool or surf the Internet on their computers. Might i mind you, MICROSOFT WORD IS NOT CHEAP AND IS ON BARDS COMPUTERS.
