They made finding an apartment so easy for me. I was looking for a place that was still available. (Rents were going as fast as they were posted) so they let me give them my needs and wants and match me with an apartment within my time frame. However, I placed a work order and the maintenance guy came and said he would come back tomorrow and fix it and never did.
We got our full deposit back. Everyone was always very nice to us. The few times we needed maintenance, they always sent someone out quickly.
