Renee Decker has over 25 years of experience in the public administration profession. As CEO, he built Powerstone into a recognized leader in California management firms with a focus on exceptional client service and building a professional management team of the highest caliber. Renee provides leadership to the Board of Directors of Homeowners and Developers in all aspects of HOA governance.

Renee is a multiple Vision Award winner, active member of the Community Association Institute, and currently on the CACM Board. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Michelle is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. He brings more than 25 years of community management experience to Powerstone and oversees a team of CPAs and accounting professionals in the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets and all aspects of HOA financial management.
Michelle has been active on both the Finance Committee and the Management Firm Board of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Debbie has been working in community management since 1989. His experience has given him a unique understanding of the demands and responsibilities of the property management profession. He is responsible for overseeing operations, training, guiding and supporting managers and staff, and works closely with homeowner and developer boards of directors to provide guidance and training on all aspects of community management. With an emphasis on professional development and educational advancement, he has served as a board member and past chair of CACM. Debbie has received numerous awards, including the highest honor of the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007. Debbie is an active member of CAI, the Institute of Community Associations.
Kendra has spent over a decade redefining what it means to serve. He is responsible for the superior customer service that Powerstone is known for and is an integral part of the leadership team.
Kendra is part of CACM’s Board of Directors and has received two prestigious Vision Awards. Kendrah is also an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and serves as co-chair of the Summer Symposium Committee. He attended California State University, San Marcos and the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Karen has over 20 years of community association legal experience. As an experienced strategist and member of the leadership team, he provides professional due diligence on corporate governance issues and conducts extensive training on mitigating clients’ legal liability risks.
Karen is a graduate of Cornell University and received her Juris Doctor in 1990 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Kannen is an active member of the Community Association Institute and the California Association of Community Managers. , also a member of the California State Bar.

Joseph Price has worked in the communities industry for nearly 20 years and is a highly regarded veteran in our industry. He has extensive experience in customer satisfaction and retention and has developed numerous programs to help HOAs become the best they can be.
He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, internal and external customer retention, developing and building high-performing teams, conflict management, and being a skilled communicator. Mr. Price studied organizational communication at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento and California State University.

He is known for his composure under pressure, having worked with various councils on complex projects ranging from litigation to restructuring. Shad is an experienced IT professional who brings nearly 20 years of experience to this position; work in medium and large enterprise environments; perform all levels of infrastructure support. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented a wide range of technology programs and systems to meet the demands of growing businesses. Shad is responsible for managing Powerstone’s IT services for clients, which includes technical support for our data systems and communications network.
Shad’s skills will help strengthen and extend Powerstone’s commitment to service innovation – a quality our customers have come to expect and value.

Elva is an industry professional with over 25 years of experience providing superior customer service and maintaining positive client relationships for the communities she manages. As a Certified Community Manager, Elva works closely with Homeowner Board members to provide guidance and training in all aspects of community management. He is a leader in helping councils navigate the HOA strategic planning process.
Elva has earned the coveted credential of Certified Community Managers Association (CMCA) and Community Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Elva is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a native of Orange County, California.

Amanda has over 10 years of industry experience and knowledge that she has applied to managing the onboarding and onboarding of each new client that joins our family. During her 5 years at Powerstone, Amanda rose through the ranks as a Community Manager, Senior Manager and Launch Team Specialist.

Gavin leads the Northern California office and serves Sacramento as well as the entire Bay Area including San Jose, Newark, Pleasanton and surrounding communities.
Gavin holds the designation of CCAM, Certified Community Association Manager, and CMCA Certified Community Association Manager. Gavin also co-chairs the CAI/OC Education Committee and is active in all industry functions, including acting as a speaker and educator for CLTP’s community leadership training courses.
