As CEO, he led Powerstone into a recognized leader in management firms in California with a focus on exceptional client service and building a highly skilled professional management team. Renee is involved in providing guidance to the board of directors of homeowners and developers in all aspects of HOA governance.

Michelle is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. He brings more than 25 years of community management experience to Powerstone and oversees a team of CPAs and accounting professionals in the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets and all aspects of HOA financial management.
Michelle has been active on both the Finance Committee and the Management Company Board of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Debbie has been working in community management since 1989. His experience has helped him develop a unique understanding of the demands and responsibilities of the property management profession. He is responsible for overseeing operations, training, mentoring and supporting managers and employees, and also works closely with the board of directors of homeowners and developers to provide guidance and training in all aspects of community management. With a focus on promoting professionalism and enhancing education, she has served as a board member and past president of CACM. Debbie has received many awards, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007. Debbie is an active member of CAI, the Institute of Community Associations.
Kendra has spent over a decade redefining what it means to serve. He is responsible for delivering the superior customer service that Powerstone is known for and is an integral part of the leadership team.
Kendra is part of CACM’s Board of Directors and has been awarded two prestigious Vision Awards. Kendra is also an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and serves as co-chair of the Summer Symposium Committee. He attended California State University, San Marcos and the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Karen has over 20 years of community association legal experience. He is an accomplished strategist and as a member of the leadership team provides due diligence on corporate governance issues and provides extensive training on mitigating clients’ legal liability risks.
A graduate of Cornell University, Karen received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 1990. He has extensive experience in the areas of customer satisfaction and retention and has developed numerous programs designed to help HOAs become the best versions of themselves.
He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, internal and external customer retention, developing and building high-performance teams, conflict management, and skilled communication. Mr. Price attended the University of the Pacific and California State University, Sacramento, majoring in Organizational Communication.

Christine has been a respected association professional for over 10 years. Shad is an experienced IT professional who brings nearly 20 years of experience to the position; work in the environment of medium and large enterprises; performing all levels of infrastructure support. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented a number of technology programs and systems to meet the growing business needs. Shad is responsible for managing Powerstone’s IT services for clients, which includes technical support for our data systems and communications network.

Elva is an industry professional with over 25 years of experience in providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships for the communities she manages. As a certified association manager, Elva works with homeowner board members to provide guidance and training in all aspects of community management. He is a leader in helping boards navigate the HOA strategic planning process.
Elva earned the prestigious Certified Managers of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials. Elva is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a native of Orange County, California.

Gavin heads up the Northern California office and serves Sacramento as well as the entire Bay Area, including San Jose, Newark, Pleasanton and surrounding communities.
