Pmi Arrico Realty And Property Management – On January 29th, Lakeland Realtors held its annual officer and director installation and awards event virtually due to COVID-19. Installed in the office were Christie McSwain with Dream Realty Group as president, Shannon Cornell with PMI Arrico Realty and Property Management as president-elect, Petra Norris with Lakeland Real Estate Group as treasurer, Cannon Kirby with Roost Realty Group as secretary, and Richard Dempsey with SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzlera is the immediate past president. Installed as directors in 2021 were Tammy Graham with Sellstate Centric Realty, Andrea Dockery with Re/Max Experts, David Bryant with Coldwell Banker, Christine Ehlenbeck with Keller Williams, Jana Lutz with Coldwell Banker, Jim Hampton with S & D Real Estate Services, Geoffrey Ingram with WebPro Realty, Teresa Haas with Dream Realty Group and Brandon Moore-Johnson with BHHS Florida Properties Group.
At the annual Lakeland Realtors awards event on January 29, the Realtor of the Year award went to Shannon Cornell of PMI Arrico Realty and Property Management. Cornell has served in many capacities within the association, including several years on the finance committee, the community service committee, which organizes the annual room makeover project, assists with the Combee Connection and more. The Volunteer of the Year Award went to Teresa Haas of Dream Realty Group. Haas has dedicated many volunteer hours to the profession and Lakeland Realtors, including on the RPAC Committee, which exceeded its RPAC fundraising goal for 2020. The Humanitarian of the Year Award was presented to both Stephanie Wagenbach with The Agency Realty and Kay Kasser with Combee Connection. Wagenbach was recognized for her work with Wounded Warriors and KidsPACK. Kasser was recognized for her work to feed the community and provide support to low-income families.

With the conversion of his business to a PMI franchise, Paul Arrington, principal broker and owner of PMI Arrico, becomes the Regional Mentor for the PMI Florida region. When looking for ways to continue growing her successful real estate business, Arrington saw the advantages of having the resources of a national company, but wanted to make sure Arrico didn’t lose the personal service it was known for. He said: “We have brought Arrico into the PMI system so we can have national support, systems and marketing, while providing the same great local service to our customers.” Arrington continued: “We are a local company and will remain local, but now with improved service for our customers and tenants.” PMI Arrico currently manages over 250 properties and has two offices in the Tampa area, in Brandon and Lakeland. The Lakeland office is jointly owned with Shannon Cornell.
Along with the transformation of his company, Arrington also takes on a new position as PMI regional mentor for the Florida area. As a regional mentor, Arrington will take a leadership role and use his experience and knowledge to teach and coach other property managers in the PMI network.
After serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force, Arrington built his career as a real estate agent and broker. At the beginning of 2008 he opened Arrico Real Estate and Property Management. Very active in the real estate community, he has held various leadership positions for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
