If I can’t leave stars I would. I wouldn’t waste a dollar here. Property manager Erica is very unprofessional. I walked out of my apartment to my tire, frame and lug nuts that were gone two weeks ago. I spoke to the maintenance man driving by and was told that 4 cars have been broken into this week. I do not understand why the residents were not made aware. No one on this property will be held responsible. I left that alone. Yesterday, September 6, 2022, my car backed into a blocked drain. I was told to contact my insurance company. I did that before talking to the property manager and taking pictures. The same maintenance guy from my previous incident told me he drove by and saw the parking lot flooded. Don’t stay here.
Royal Oaks is a wonderful place to live, with short term rental opportunities, community involvement and problem solving, I would give them five stars. The reason for four stars is some of the tenants who do not take care of their garbage properly and loud music in the middle of the night. Even if some don’t do their part, the staff at Royal Oaks resolves issues quickly and professionally.
Save yourself the trouble and sign somewhere else. This place is a nightmare. Management is unreliable and will never return your calls. The maintenance team is understaffed and takes forever to get things done, so bless your heart if something breaks or needs fixing in your apartment. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath for almost 2 years and only had a working bathroom for almost 7 months. I will never recommend this place.

My family and I lived there for over two years when we first moved to Savannah. We’ve never seen it in person, but online it looks like a decent property, but once you get there, you quickly realize you were oversold. Pretty much everything is obsolete in the devices. When we were there there were about 5 different property managers coming through the office. Each brought their own different take on the complex. Either some were nice but very disorganized or not friendly at all. The same applies to the maintenance people. Some were nice and knowledgeable, while some were rude and would come into your house and leave a mess. Not only that, but the mindset for maintenance was as cheap as possible and if anything a great solution
