Pikes Peak Vacation Cabins At Property Management Specialists – As you drive off the blacktop road at Colorado Mountain Estates in Florissant, Colorado onto the winding dirt road to “The Boulders – Cozy Cabin Mountain Retreat”, you will be surrounded by beautiful pine, spruce and aspen trees. Backing up to nearly 500 acres of privately owned land, the cabin sits slightly high above the road and offers breathtaking views and almost no other house in sight (a four-wheel/4-wheel-drive vehicle is required during the winter months and recommended during the summer months for the slightly steep driveway; otherwise there is a parking lot on the side of the road at the bottom). The cabin is beautifully decorated in modern cabin furnishings with bright, fun colors. Wi-Fi/Internet service available. Feel free to bring your own Apple TV, Roku or Amazon Stick streaming device. Phone service available via Wi-Fi calling.
The living room is warm and cozy with lots of natural light and a magnificent gas fireplace. You can enjoy a game table where the family can play one of the many games on offer. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave is surrounded by two sides of windows so you can enjoy the view while sitting at the large dining table. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed. For extra sleep, there is a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. To complete your trip, there is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Stepping outside you’ll find a wraparound deck where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains while grilling on the grill or relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. At approximately 9,000 feet, the view is spectacular. Pikes Peak, Rhyolite Mountain and Mt. Pisgah can be seen from the deck.

The owners of “The Boulders – Cozy Cabin Mountain Retreat” want you to have a pleasant and memorable stay. They have provided games, puzzle books, boom boxes and many DVDs to choose from to watch on the flat screen TV. The cabin is perfect for family and friends, yet romantic and peaceful for honeymoons and anniversaries. The cabin is private yet convenient to many places within 15 minutes to 1 hour away such as: Fossil Beds National Monument, Wolf & Wildlife Center, Mueller State Park, Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine, Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad, Cave of the Winds , Cliff Dwellers, Cog Railroad, North Pole, Pikes Peak, Manitou Lake, 11 Mile Canyon, Lake George, Royal Gorge Bridge, Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings and more! Or, if you’re interested in a ski trip, Breckenridge, Monarch Mountain, Keystone and Vail are approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes away. The Boulders is also only about 30 minutes away from Charis Bible College. You will likely be visited by a herd of deer, wild turkeys, squirrels or a fox or two. So, don’t forget your camera and have fun! The cabin is on a cul-de-sac surrounded by pines and poplars. You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this three bedroom three bathroom home. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has both a queen-size bed and twin beds. There is plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy true Colorado mountain living.
This beautiful subdivision has two lakes and four ponds that our guests are welcome to fish in! The owners have graciously chosen to provide two day passes per booking. Additional day passes can be purchased for $10 per day. Daily limits and set water rules will apply. Fishing is available May-September.
The home is decorated and furnished with cozy cabin flares. The main floor features a gorgeous great room with a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and beamed ceilings. A west facing wall of windows provides plenty of natural light, warmth and beautiful views of the mountain surroundings. The great room also has a dining area where the family can gather for meals or games. Off the dining room, you’ll step out onto the wraparound deck and experience unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, where you’ll enjoy the outdoors and listen to the relaxing sound of the aspens “trembling” in the cool mountain breeze.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the formal dining room. The main floor also has a cozy family room. The kids can watch movies while mom and dad relax in the great room. A full bathroom completes the main floor.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a master bedroom with a bathtub. Of the other two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other has a bathtub/shower.

Upstairs is a master suite with a loft lounge, while the downstairs is a completely private suite with a living room, kitchen and full bath. The third bedroom is located on the main floor. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other two have queen beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room on the lower floor. Two bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and the third full bathroom has a shower.
While Aspen Grove is obviously located near the lake, it’s also only a 30-mile drive to Woodland Park or Cripple Creek for shopping, dining, and other attractions.
Eleven Mile Reservoir offers world-class fishing with some of the largest trout and pike in the state, as well as the Gold Award winning waters of Dream Stream, some of the best fly fishing in Colorado, just minutes down the road. Eleven Mile State Park boasts numerous trails and water sports, from boating, jet skiing to kayaking and paddle boarding. Be sure to check out the Coyote Trail at the northeast end of the lake.

You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home in our quirky, cozy A-Frame! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress and the couch is a Marriott trundle that converts to two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, retro-style refrigerator and microwave, plus all the essentials you need to prepare great meals. You’ll love the soaring ceilings in the living and dining rooms, and the wood-burning fireplace is cozy and warm. There is a large flat screen TV with DirecTV for your viewing pleasure, plus an oversized sauna chair for relaxing! A wooden spiral staircase takes you up to your bedroom, and a full-size washer and dryer are located just behind it.
The spacious deck faces west, so you can watch the sunset over Crystal Peak from the warmth of your private hot tub. Watch the deer, grouse, birds and other wildlife during the day and then gaze at the stars all night!
Your dogs will love this cabin! A kennel and dog bed are located behind the downstairs linen closet for the pups’ convenience. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. There is a $50 pet fee per dog and we ask that all dogs be kenneled if
