I caught the athletic bug when I was 5 years old and being in shape keeps me in good health which allows me to work professionally. I recently changed careers after 15 years of teaching high school science. Teaching has had a positive impact on my life and I’ve become quite good at dealing with all kinds of people while remaining calm and positive.”

“I don’t think I’m special. Some life experiences that have changed me include playing team sports, my parents’ divorce, working in the customer service industry, living with people who are not my family, traveling to other countries, and reading a lot of books.

Garrett has been with Pepine Realty since 2013 as their Marketing Manager and also holds a real estate license with over 51 transactions and millions of dollars in sales. A graduate of the University of Florida, Garrett began his career in real estate soon after. He is an active member of Leadership Gainesville 44 and GACAR’s leadership development program.
