We have been here for 6 months and enjoy staying in our apartment The ladies in the office are amazing Anytime we have a question, they are quick to respond or find a solution They are super cute and easy to work with We’ve used it in clubhouses, bathrooms, gyms, and business areas The apartments are nice, modern and a great size Plenty of storage area in the apartment The maintenance team also does a great job of maintaining our facilities When my GPS says welcome home when I pull through the gate, I know I’m home
I went inside to take a tour of the property, more about the amenities, and possibly even a proposed floor plan I was made more than welcome by the staff at the leasing office As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile The leasing specialist was very informative with any questions I had Overall I had a wonderful experience visiting this place and highly recommend it for any possible place to stay! Definitely adding Springbrook to the top of my list in my apartment hunt!
We went a week ago and we love it here The bedroom is very large as is the kitchen and bathroom with plenty of closets and carpet throughout The neighbors are friendly, and so are the office staff and maintenance staff I know we’ve only been here for a week but couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
Brainard Landing Apartments are great! By far the most updated/spacious apartment I have ever seen I absolutely love staying here, and the management is so nice and friendly! Dev is the best!!

We moved in about a month ago and couldn’t love it more! The amenities are incredible and our apartment is just beautiful! Pedcor Management Corporation’s first maintenance conference was held in 2019. It was in person at our corporate campus in Carmel, Indiana Due to COVID-19, the 2021 maintenance extravaganza was hosted mostly. It was a three-day event from coast to coast The 86 apartment communities were separated into four areas and each team attended on one day Regions One and Two were combined for their conference day 165 of our outstanding employees attended this training
The maintenance teams had a fun-filled day, consisting of modules, discussions, and award presentations. Our corporate teams created video modules covering HVAC, humidity management, make-ready final walkthroughs, and REAC. HVAC refers to heating, ventilation and air conditioning, a system that provides heating and cooling for residential and commercial buildings. Moisture management refers to preventing water ingress and condensation in areas that need to remain dry Prepare final walk-throughs to ensure everything is up and ready for our move-in-ready resident(s). REAC refers to the Real Estate Assessment Center which is HUD’s hands-on inspection to test the operation of all verifiable items for proper operation. The score for this check is out of 100% Some apartment communities received certification from HUD’s REAC score, and two of our apartment communities received awards from our company for this.
