*** Help the poor. I have been with Pathlight for 5 years now, last month I had a problem with my rent and they sent a notice to vacate. I have since resolved the issue but my balance ledger still shows that I owe. I tried calling and taking all measures but no response. No payment plan was even offered. The only way they will accept payment is by certified funds (wire or cashier’s check). They have eliminated the ability to pay at the main office in Plano, Texas as well as not being able to pay through rent-pay as they once did.

Too many problems to go into detail since moving in 1 year ago. The current issues that lead me here is that they are refusing to refund or credit an NSF fee for double dipping my account. I paid my rent in advance and automatic payments were made even when my account balance was $0. A month later still dealing with the problem.
