I have been trying for several months to get paid a commission from Pathlight. My client moved in 5 months ago. I have been told several times that I would be on the next scheduled payment date, that was a lie. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with a live person when you call, and no one answers voice mail or email. I would not recommend other real estate agents to work with this company.

NIve called more than 20 times about a property I was looking at. This property was dirty and not ready for rental, I was told that someone would call me back and they would get things fixed and cleaned. It has now been 45 days, no call back and nothing has happened with the property. I was promised a call back from a local contact named Jerrica, she was very nice but never called, I have called her cell phone many times but still no call back.
Slum Lords! I wish I had read the reviews before renting from Pathlight. I don’t even know how what they are doing is legal! Pay a premium rent for subpar or no service. They try to nurture everything or don’t want to fix things at all. We were told that certain things would be cleaned up and fixed before we moved in and these things have not been fixed in 1.5 years! They are terrible! No one cares about tenants and feels like a complete scam. Please note that this property requires a 2 year lease. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your rent will not increase during the 2 year period – APPLY TODAY!

I emailed them and called them and left messages about what they wanted my husband to sign and they never got back to me and then marked my application as dead/inactive and still haven’t gotten back to me.
