*** Poor service. I have been with Pathlight for 5 years now, I had a problem with my rent last month and they sent me a notice to vacate. I have resolved this issue but my balance still shows that I owe. I tried to call and get all kinds of care but no answer. There is not even a provision for some type of payment plan. The only way they will accept payment is by certified mail (wire or cashier’s check). They are no longer able to pay at the main office in Plano, Texas and can no longer pay at Rent-Pay as they once did.

We recently cleaned our carpet without detergent, after it was flooded. Please see the picture below lol. We have been experiencing problems for a year now and sadly they are worthless.

There are many problems to go into detail since moving in 1 year ago. The current problem that is keeping me here is that they refuse to refund or credit the NSF amount that they have double credited to my account. I paid my rent in advance and autopay was still recorded when my account balance was $0. A month later the issue is still being resolved. The phone reps kept saying that no supervisor was available or would escalate my issue to the appropriate person. I pay over $1500 in rent and you can’t correct my rent or issue a debit memo for $45? I call BS!

Their portal works well and maintenance requests are very fast (with most being the same day or next). They are very quick to respond to questions on the portal and even on the phone. I would recommend this property management company to anyone.

Our AC has been out for 3 days and without contacting the dealer it has been repaired. It’s over 90 years old in my house. We pay $2900/mo and need help within 24 hours. Still haven’t received a response. The only thing I get from customer service is that we work on it. This is Disgusting!!!
