Mr. Smedley earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and began his career as a commercial banker in Atlanta, Georgia. He later joined the bank examination division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In 1981, Mr. Smedley organized the first of several DeNovo banks in Florida, serving as president and CEO until they were sold. In 1990 he was recruited by the FDIC and the Resolution Trust Corporation and was responsible for managing all failed savings and loans in the northeastern United States. Mr. Smedley was the founding director, president, and CEO of First Florida Bank in Naples, Florida until its sale in 1999.

Mr. Harper comes to Paramont Property Management after a 23-year career in commercial banking. Originally from northwestern Pennsylvania. Mr. Harper earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarion University in Pennsylvania and an associate’s degree in accounting and computer applications from the University of Pittsburgh. While attending Clarion University, he was captain of the golf team, which competed in NCAA Division II. His education and professional experience in accounting, commercial and retail banking, Florida legal practice (particularly litigation and foreclosures), and financial analysis are invaluable assets in the property management field. In 1997, Mr. Harper moved from Pennsylvania to Naples, Florida. Mr. Harper is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
Mr. Ruiz comes to Paramon Property Management after serving our country in the Armed Forces. Mr. Ruiz was born in Colombia and moved to Naples, Florida in 1992. He served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 2005-2009. During this time, he deployed with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Iwo Jima. In the fall of 2013, he earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Hodges University. Mr. Ruiz’s military experience, education, and organizational skills provide the administrative support needed to deliver and follow through on our clients’ excellent service. Mr. Ruiz is a Licensed Community Manager (LCAM).
Ms. Robinson has a personal approach with clients, keeping the door of communication open. His emphasis on providing quick and efficient responses is key to maintaining relationships with the board of directors.
