With enough square footage to easily accommodate 14 people, large groups and families will love this comfortable, spacious home that’s close to a sandy beach and a five-minute drive to shopping and dining at Gulf Place Town Center. The main floor living and dining room is spacious and airy – and filled with bright Florida sunlight. Glass-paneled doors lead to a sun-drenched deck with plenty of seating and treetop views of the nearby bay. In the fully equipped kitchen, light wood cabinets are covered with shiny slabs of marble countertops. Stainless steel appliances include an extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The range is located on the spacious kitchen island, which also has regular bar stools for two. Adjacent to the formal dining table, there is enough room for eight people to gather together over meals. Your whole team will love hanging out in this inviting space to chat over coffee and cupcakes or pack snacks for the beach. There is also a cozy breakfast nook with additional seating. Take the stairs to the third level and the ultra-private master suite. A luxurious king-size bed sits beneath a vaulted ceiling with a stunning palm leaf motif ceiling fan. There is a flat screen TV, plenty of storage and a full bathroom with two sinks, a tub and a separate shower. Glass doors lead outside to a high, secluded balcony with a bird’s-eye view of the treetops. Step back downstairs and outside to the sparkling private pool. This lagoon-like oasis is surrounded by trees that provide privacy while still being sun-drenched and inviting. Lie back in one of the lounge chairs and work on your tan, or relax in the shade with a cold drink and a good book. For a fun day on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach access is just a short walk or bike ride away. And for an afternoon or evening, take a quick drive to the pleasant crowd of downtown Gulf Place.
