On the main floor of this unique home is a deluxe master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, which includes a double sink vanity and separate soaking tub/shower. The master bedroom also has a large flat-screen smart TV, for a perfect oasis.
Upstairs you will find another spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub/shower, a large second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with an xl bunk bed. 2 single beds.
Pagosa Peak Paradise features two outdoor entertainment areas with gas grills, plus a cozy indoor living area with large flat-screen smart TVs. With the front of the house covered by large picture windows, you can enjoy the San Juan Mountains right from your own living and dining room!
In summer, fall, and spring, relax with friends and family as you host a barbecue of your favorite meals on the large patio overlooking Pagosa Peak and Village Lake. Life doesn’t get much better than this!

Located on the main floor are two of the bedrooms, a fully equipped shared bathroom, laundry room, living room, kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds. The dining table seats 6 people and there are 2 stools on the kitchen island. There is a wood-burning fireplace, sofa bed and TV with DVD player in the living room.
Upstairs is the loft and master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a fully equipped private bathroom and a large TV. There is a sofa bed in the loft.
The house has a gas fireplace to keep guests cozy during the winter months and an attractive terrace for wildlife viewing in the summer months. There are some games, movies and books in the loft area for the kids and some sleds in the garage for those winter outdoor days. There is a charcoal grill stored in the garage for your use.

This 1,860-square-foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom, and double loft apartment features a king-size bed on the main lower level, plus two queens on one side of the large split loft and a double bunk bed. on the other side of the small apartment. There’s a full bath for the owner, plus a half tub downstairs, and another full tub upstairs. For extra sleeping space, there’s also a king-size sofa bed in the loft where there’s a bunk bed, and a full-size sofa for bed in the living room downstairs.
This apartment also features a wood-burning, natural stone fireplace. We don’t supply wood, but you can buy it at nearby grocery stores or ask Team Pagosa for local delivery.
This spacious apartment has recently been remodeled with many impressive upgrades, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new portable window treatments. Dining table for 8 people on one side is a large bench. The seating area has ample space to relax. After a day of adventure, relax and enjoy the evening lounging in front of the fireplace. There is a 42 inch HD flat screen in the living room with DVD and a 32 inch HD flat screen in the loft with DVD. It also has great mountain rear views and a large open space for privacy beyond the covered rear deck.

On the main floor there is a huge and fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a dining and living room with new leather furniture, a large flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone to play. The room was spacious with lots of natural light and opened to a large backyard with a gas grill, table, chairs and great views of the valley. Down the hallway, you’ll find the master suite with a king-size bed, TV, split-level bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the rear deck. In addition, on the main floor is a dressing room and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs are 2 extra-large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, walk-in closet and shared bathroom with separate sink for each bedroom. Both bedrooms have great views of the mountains, valley and Hatcher Lake.

This is a pet-friendly house. For dogs only, maximum 2. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
Great home for our two night stay in Pagosa. The house is very nice, clean, amazing. Can’t wait to come back!
This is perfect for my husband and I, and our two small dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet, easy access to the trails (you can walk to the trailheads), and the house has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped, we ate in every day. Comfy bed in master suite, can’t speak to living room bed upstairs. Knowing that there is no air conditioning, I somehow missed that detail and the first few days, it was very hot in the house from 4-8 pm. Great relaxation at night. Love the mountains!

The house is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the living room and since it was unusually warm we really needed it to work. The problem was finally solved with a new battery in the remote. And the paper products offered are of extremely low quality. Subpar for this house.
This is my 4th year coming to Pagosa with family and friends and once again it never disappoints me. This house is beautiful and serves its purpose everyday maybe.. I will definitely keep coming back for many years to come because
