Don’t be fooled. This place looks nice and calm from the outside when you first look at the property, but when you move in, the problems from the inside out add up very quickly. On moving day, I opened two drawers in the kitchen and they were completely full of rat droppings and pieces of wood from the staple board cabinets. The sliding doors in our bedrooms are coming off because of rubbing them, the paint on the tub and the walls are also coming off (this also comes out in layers). The bins are always full of rubbish and it flies everywhere! There is always police activity; they broke into my two cars and drained the gas from one of them! Our neighbor’s car window was smashed out just last night. This place is a joke and security drives away once a night. During the summer, insects such as water bugs, ants and mosquitoes swarm the beautiful estuary, which is also home to the homeless and criminal activity.
