Pabst and Kinny managements are doing the most disgusting thing to people: Leaving dirt on them I have never rented from Pabst and Kinny, I can say they have no respect for their neighbors; City garbage is being illegally dumped on my property in front of my driveway. I’ve been fighting it for 3 years, and I got a reprieve from Pabst and Kinny’s management, however I’m going to call the police and a bill will be assessed. Because the people on the phone don’t know the law, here it is.. Municipal Code 8.60.120 – Illegal Dumping A citation is issued whenever an officer sees someone dumping trash on someone’s property, lot or business (trash not generated on such areas). This also includes placing trash or litter in containers on public property (littering is not generated on such public property). Also the garbage company comes by and picks up the trash, and leaves trash cans on the street, and no one comes to pick them up for days – sometimes it’s Wednesday and these boxes are still there there: blocking my road and the ability to park. . Do you know how disgusting a garbage can is from these parts? Well I did, because I couldn’t park in my car all week on Friday until they moved. This dirt can cause illness and death, including Malaria, Typhoid, Dysentery and Cholera just to name a few, not to mention damaging my car. Even tenants tend to steal my houses’ trash cans and use them for themselves (also illegal). I’m monitoring my property with cameras now, if I download it illegally, you will be fined $25,000.00. Thank you for keeping your trash off my property

Your office needs better customer service! Your office woman’s bad behavior, announcing, rudeness, covering up for each other need to stop! Remind your office workers, jobs are available and go as they should! They can and should be replaced with the good customer service staff your office needs! You should hire employees who want to work! The ladies in the office know who you are! Attitude and raw comments will pay you back one day soon, and when you remember you were the one who did your dishes! We will take our business elsewhere! LEFT OFFICE WORKER HELP NOTHING!!!! There is no rating on the chart to mark rude women in your office!!! TAKING CARE OF YOUR COMPANY!!!!
