Associates who are regularly scheduled and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits on the 1st day of the month, after 30 days of continuous employment. Ovation Realty Management, LLC (ORM) specializes in the management of multi-family properties for Phillips Owned Development and Real Estate assets as well as those owned by third-party groups. ORM moves company assets from construction to stabilization in the challenging leasing environment. Our current portfolio represents apartment communities across North Carolina with communities under construction in Florida. We manage Class A assets that require varying reporting to meet owner and lender objectives.
