On a nice fall day, head out to enjoy the scenic route that is the Chain of Lakes Walkway. At approximately 1.5 miles, this trail passes through the many types of natural habitats that the park supports. On this self-guided tour, you’ll learn about the natural habitats as well as other very important facts about the park and trail. The car park is located on the ‘P’ road opposite the Chain of Lakes. Park admission is $4 per vehicle. Bring some real change and use the courtesy payment station located in the parking area. Before you go hiking, pick up a hiking trail map! This children’s fishing clinic is located on the Navarre Beach fishing pier. The first 200 children (under 12 years old) will receive a fishing rod, a goodie bag, which includes free bait and a fishing guide. This event usually fills up quickly.
