I hired NB as our Prime Minister a few months ago and I can not be happy with this service. Seemant and his team work hard seven days a week and can climb fast on units. Recently we also have some vacancies. Seemant is always ahead of the process and completes the repair work in each unit as quickly as possible and can be rented at a good market price. He even managed big projects like updating the floor without having to hold hands with us. I wish him and his team more success on behalf of PM Services. I am having good experience in real estate management with. Seemant and his team are always available for any questions and are best suited for any special request. I have previously contacted several property managers in Seattle. Others are charging 8-10% and are slow to respond. Cheapest without compromising on quality. There are no hidden costs. The price for any repair is reasonable. Seemant also helped me share contacts for home heater replacement. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
