Nest Idaho Property Management – Sharlie’s Nest – named after McCall’s beloved, friendly lake snake – is our lovely two-story lake home on Payette Lake. This house is located in a beautiful wooded community with access to the community’s only pristine shoreline. The home features a spacious wraparound deck with lake views and ample snowmobile and trailer parking for guests. Launch your canoe, kayak or paddleboard at nearby Payette Lake Beach, just a few minutes’ drive away. Charlie’s Garden – a local favorite – is just a short walk from Warren Wagon Road, where the efforts of master Idaho gardeners and their knowledge of alpine gardening are reflected in a peaceful and whimsical garden open to the public.
Snowmobile enthusiasts can make a quick trip to the Green Door Snowmobile Area, a mile away, and the Francis Wallace Snowmobile Parking lot further afield. Park your toy trailer on the conveniently accessible U-shaped driveway on the west side of the home near Warren Wagon Road. After a day on the lake or mountains, enjoy shopping and dining in downtown McCall 4.5 miles south.

Accommodates up to 11 guests in 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sun basement/lounge and loft lounge with sofa bed. One of the private bedrooms is downstairs with a queen size bed and hall access bathroom with two large showers. Upstairs are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed. The basement bunk room has a double bed and a foam floor mattress. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything your team of chefs need to cook to perfection, including a large gas grill on the deck.

Trailer parking is located on a circular driveway close to the house and road. This car park is right next to the house on Warren Wagon Road and is often plowed exclusively for guests with trailers. Guests are not allowed to park in the driveway of other houses nearby or on the street.

This home has a minimum stay of two nights, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Propane for gas grills and enough wood for your indoor fireplace during your stay are also provided where needed. For properties with fire pits, guests will need to purchase lumber, which is available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the family, as well as advice, local activities and events, local emergency contact information including how to contact us – we are always just a phone call away.
