One of the worst companies ever and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone… They managed my property for quite some time where one of the tenants didn’t pay the rent for 4 months until they finally got out legally and to this day could MGR not recover the outstanding rent (3 years ago!!) what I get is that it is in collections and they cannot reach the tenant !!? Another tenant left a month before end of contract, so usually they kept his security deposit, which they did. The tenant sued the company to get the deposit back and they won the case, but MGR decided not to appeal and left it !! And when I asked them it should not be my decision as this deposit legally belongs to me to compensate last month in the contract .. I was told that MGR CEO decided not to appeal ??! This company owes me about 7K dollars on those 2 cases and I left it poor
