As COO, Shimmy keeps the company growing on an upward trajectory. With extensive experience in real estate and accounting, he oversees all operations and accounting activity. A strong leader, Shimmy empowers all team members, drawing out their strengths and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Before joining, Shimmy worked as an accountant at PWC and EY.
Responsible for keeping growth in line with its core vision, Elisheva researches, designs and implements best practices at all levels of the company, ensuring optimal efficiency. Elisheva has been with the company since its inception and has worked closely with the partners to foster a professional, inclusive culture. Before joining, Elisheva worked for ten years in management and customer service.
Malki Hoberman leads the accounting department, overseeing all reporting, reconciliation, accounting and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A lifelong learner, Malki is always looking to acquire new skills to streamline and improve existing processes. Before joining in April 2019, Malki worked for nine years in accounting, five of which were in real estate management.

Alexis directs the human resources department, providing guidance to all employees, hiring, and creating and overseeing personnel and onboarding procedures. A strong communicator and team player, Alexis addresses and resolves areas of concern for all employees, ensuring a safe and positive work environment across all levels of the company.
As Asset Manager, Meir oversees the financial health of each property, ensuring that it operates within the budget and that the results match the projections. He is responsible for the budget, variance analysis, cash management, quarterly reporting, occupancy, collections, rents, and process streamlining for financial operations at the property level. Before joining, Meir was a senior accountant at Grant Thornton.
Ephraim is responsible for underwriting acquisitions, refinancing and sales. He oversees acquisitions, coordinates closings, and liaises with vendors. Combining analytics with technology, Ephraim ensures an efficient process that prevents errors. After receiving his CPA license from the state of NJ, Ephraim spent four years with KPMG LLC, where he provided tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for asset management clients.
Ben manages all CapEx projects, coordinates and implements maintenance policies and procedures, and trains maintenance techs. Ben brings over 20 years of field experience and a thorough understanding of the property lifecycle to his role, successfully resolving difficulties and ensuring the signature quality of each property.

Shante oversees the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and X NJ properties. Shante brings 11 years of management experience and a degree in Accounting and Business Management to her position. With a precise and detailed focus, Shante works with the on-site staff to ensure that each property operates as efficiently as possible.
Lisa oversees the Allentown area properties. Using her strong leadership skills and team building mindset, Lisa leads staff on site, maintaining standards of excellence and guaranteeing quality performance and tenant satisfaction at each property. A licensed real estate professional, Lisa has been in management for over 20 years.
Howard oversees the Northern New Jersey portfolio, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring the properties are in the best possible condition. Dedicated and proactive, Howard collaborates with management staff to ensure operational efficiency, budget compliance, and most importantly, the satisfaction of all residents.
Dov oversees all New York properties. Organized and meticulous, Dov creates and establishes efficient and effective workflows designed to proactively prevent problems. Prior to joining, Dov worked at the Mark Hertz Company, a real estate services acceleration and crime breaking firm.
