Mmg Property Management – Zach is a Nashville, TN native growing up in the West Meade area and attending Ensworth Elementary school and Montgomery Bell Academy for high school. After graduating from Furman University in Greenville, SC, Zach headed down to Northwest Florida and jumped right into real estate sales, development and management in 2003. He started Coastal Properties Companies, a full-service real estate and community management company and ran it until 2015 when it was acquired. In 2009 he founded Metropolitan Properties and was able to move home full time in 2015 to run the company.
Originally from California, Todd moved to Nashville in 2010. After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Todd began his career in the commercial construction industry. Over time and after a variety of roles in project management and supervision, Todd transitioned into the property management industry. During this phase of his career, Todd has held positions in sales, leasing, commercial property management, association management and management. In his current position, Todd leads an operations team at Metropolitan Properties focused on providing prompt and accurate administrative services with the goal of supporting MP accounting and management staff.

Originally from Shelbyville TN, Jamaica joined Metropolitan Properties after completing her undergraduate studies at MTSU. Jamaica serves as the company’s receptionist, allowing her to resource the many roles throughout the company. She is also responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties where she prides herself on exemplary tenant care. Outside of work, Jamaica enjoys playing sports, going on outdoor adventures, and being with friends.
Meridian Property Management Group
Jennifer is a native Tennessean from East TN who has been in Nashville for several years. An expert in her field, she holds CMCA, AMS and PCAM nationally recognized certifications, as well as a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has many years in HOA management/real estate – from assisting brokers with sales transactions to managing long term rentals and most recently managing HOAs for the past 20 years. Her specialty is reading HOA documents and handling challenging meetings.
David joined Metropolitan Properties in 2013 and brings over 10 years of retail and wholesale lending experience as well as a real estate sales background to the company. Originally from Memphis, David attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. He moved to Nashville shortly after graduation to join his family’s real estate firm. He and his wife Amy have 2 daughters and he is very involved in several civic and non-profit organizations in Nashville. When he’s not running to one of the girls’ sporting events on the weekend, he enjoys finding time to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Room in the Inn through his church.
Hailing from East Tennessee and a native of the Tri-Cities area (Kingsport/Bristol/Johnson City), Sue moved to Knoxville in 1985 and calls it home. Sue comes from an entrepreneurial family background that has prepared her for a career path in property management. She continues to manage family/residential properties. Sue brings 25+ years of commercial/residential property management experience in the East TN area, along with strong financial acumen. She has held several leadership positions throughout her professional career that have provided her with opportunities for growth and development, along with opportunities to make a significant impact for her clients. Sue prides herself on providing the utmost professional customer service and timely communication. Sue is a proud mother of 2 successful adults and 1 devoted lovable terrier. The family is of the utmost importance and provides care for his 92-year-old mother.
Gordon came to the HOA management business from a commercial real estate property management background, most of that time at Cushman & Wakefield. Originally from Memphis, he majored in political science at Rhodes College and is a graduate of UT Knoxville Law School. A resident of Nashville since 2011, he and his wife of six years, Renée, currently live in The Nations neighborhood with their Miniature Pinscher, Oskar. He is a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church and in their free time he and Renée enjoy traveling this amazing country; be it back to Memphis, to New York, to Florida or most recently to New Orleans.

Vickie is a native Nashvillian who brings 40 years of mortgage, real estate and property portfolio management experience to Metropolitan Properties. She has held titles such as Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Management, where she had the opportunity to train and guide property managers at the beginning of their careers. As a testament to her growing career, Women’s Forum Magazine spotlighted Vickie and published an article on her professional achievements. Vickie loves to travel domestically and internationally and enjoys planning her annual trips with her daughter. She is also a Tennessee Titan fan and enjoys attending the games. Vickie is a licensed real estate agent and recently filmed an HGTV episode with her daughter. She and her husband Lonny call Brentwood home.
Matt is originally from western Kentucky and has lived in the middle Tennessee area since 2014. He is a 6 year Air Force veteran who honorably served two deployments to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Matt graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Tourism Management. He brings over 15 years of association, commercial and hotel management experience to the property management team. When not spending time with his wife and two daughters, Matt, an avid sports fan, enjoys watching the Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Braves.
Originally from Los Angeles, CA. Lori began her career in the home warranty industry as a relationship manager supporting a significant area of real estate. After several visits to TN in 2010, she fell in love with the spectacular seasonal weather and beautiful Tennessee scenery. In 2011 she moved to Dickson. Soon after, she moved into property management as a portfolio manager. Lori has over 15 years of expertise in building long-lasting client relationships. Honesty, determination and dedication are philosophies that she strives for in all aspects of his life. Her specialty is HOA document interpretation, communication and problem solving. When not working, Lori enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of two daughters and loves to bowl.
Conner brings to the property management industry a significant amount of experience in the hospitality industry as well as in consumer banking. Originally from Columbia TN, he studied finance at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has lived in Chattanooga for almost 10 years. He and his wife, Chesney, currently reside in the East Brainerd area of Chattanooga with their 3 children. When he’s not working, Conner is usually figuring out a home improvement project, at a ballpark, or volunteering in the youth group at the church he attends.
Things Not To Forget When Viewing A Property
Koey is a native of Nashville and has lived in Mount Juliet, TN for 26 years. Koey graduated from Cumberland University with a BA in Humanities and Social Sciences and a minor in Psychology. Koey has 14 years of experience with Operations, Credit, Finance and Accounting within the construction and production areas. She decided to make a career change and has been with Metropolitan Properties since August 2020 as Assistant Director of Operations in the Operations Department. Koey strives to be a problem solver and communicate effectively with staff, owners and anyone else she meets. Koey is inspired daily by his daughter and family. In her free time, Koey likes to spend time with her family, go to the lake in the summer and travel.
Originally from Houston, TX, Sahara moved to Nashville in 2009. Sahara joined Metropolitan Properties in 2022. As a member of the Operations Department and working in Accounts Payable, Sahara brings organization and expertise to the inner workings of the Metropolitan Properties machine. She has 10 years of customer service experience along with 6+ years of HOA bookkeeping and accounting experience. She is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Kyle was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Kyle grew up in the Glencliff area and graduated from Glencliff High School. Kyle has always had a passion for hands-on work, growing up around the world of auto racing and with carpentry experience in the furniture and cabinetry industry. Kyle joined Metropolitan Properties in 2017 as a Maintenance Technician with Metropolitan Maintenance Group, LLC. (MMG) Since then, Kyle has become the Director of Facilities Maintenance for MMG, coordinating MMG’s four other technicians and ensuring 100% satisfaction with MMG’s property maintenance work and programs.
Born and raised in Nashville, Teddy is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville Tennessee and earned a B.A. in English Literature, graduating in 2010. Teddy returned to the Nashville area and joined the staff of First Presbyterian Church, where he served for four years. During his tenure at First Presbyterian Church, Teddy also served as a business consultant, which allowed him to work with clients in various industries.
