The unit has weekly cleaning which is included in the price.

NOTE: A refundable security deposit of $300 USD or $500 USD (depending on your home rental) will be requested at the time of your confirmation. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 14 days of your departure date, subject to “no” excessive electricity usage, long distance calls, any missing items or lost keys. Cancellations take effect on the date written notification is received via e-mail at our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund payment will be processed within two weeks of the cancellation notice and will be in the form of a US check, Canadian check or refund to the credit card account.

The following assessments will apply to cancellations: A 5% fee will be charged to all canceled bookings to cover any credit card or payment charges.
Cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking cost.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total rent. If the dates are rebooked, a full refund will be available at that time. When you make your deposit, you agree that you accept and agree to these terms.
Cancellation of any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in forfeiture of 100% of total rental.
Rent Condo In Mazatlan
Some property owners will approve conversion or credit for a future stay. This depends strictly on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without their permission.
Your reservation will NOT be refunded in the event of cancellation due to hurricane, natural disaster or other “acts of God”. We strongly recommend that you purchase hurricane travel insurance before paying the final balance of your reservation.

Living In Mazatlán Mexico
Initial deposit of 50% is required and must be received to confirm a booking. A confirmation message will be sent upon receipt of your deposit along with a rental agreement.
