Mapp Property Management – Lynne brings a wealth of real estate experience spanning over three decades. In her role, Lynne will continue to lead the business in Scotland, overseeing the management of the former Intu leisure scheme XSite, Braehead; Wellgate Shopping Centre, Dundee and Westhill Shopping Centre, near Aberdeen among other properties.
Lynne joins us from CBRE where she held a similar role as Head of Property Management Scotland. She previously had a considerable spell at Cushman & Wakefield where she managed a number of high-profile properties north of the border.

Frasers Property, owners and developers of Chineham Park have recently announced the arrival of a new property management company, MAPP to handle all aspects of facilities and property management.
MAPP is a leading asset management specialist and, together with Chineham Park, will manage Frasers Property’s other properties in the South East: Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire, Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Maxis in Bracknell and Winnersh Triangle in Berkshire. Together, they have a total of over 3 million square meters of office, industrial and retail space.
The home team at Chineham Park is unchanged. So Richard, Wendy and Martyna will continue to be the main point of contact for all the campers. The team will now have a larger and more dedicated support network within the MAPP family and will continue to provide the best service.
