Manske Property Management – Originally built in 1910 for the Lone Star Bottling Company, The Warrant Building and grounds occupy about 20% of a rare, oversized city block in downtown Houston. Today, The Warrant Building offers office space to professional service businesses that want easy access to downtown Houston’s courthouses, the Heights, I-10 and the Southwest Freeway. Within walking distance of the University of Houston, The Heights Hike & Bike Trail, Houston Metro and The White Oak Bayou Greenway, there are plenty of attractions nearby. At the property, tenants enjoy a private, video-monitored car park; covered terrace with fountain and seating; gated access for tenants and guests only; and museum-style exhibits throughout the building. For example, in the lobby of the building sits an antique safe weighing nearly 2,000 pounds, which was manufactured by the Hall Safe & Lock Co before the First World War. All of the vault’s various compartments are open for viewing except for one, which has reportedly not been unlocked or opened since 1939.

If entering I-10, take exit 769C to McKee St/Hardy St and continue straight on Nance St. Take your first big left onto Hardy St (if you get to Elysian St, you’ve gone too far). After turning onto Hardy St, continue over the bridge and take the first left onto Providence St, which is also a feeder to the freeway. Stay on the feeder (don’t take the ramp) and continue following the signs for “To Downtown”. Stay left to go under the freeway and at the stoplight the building is visible ahead on your left. Continue straight ahead and turn into our gated car park which is just past the public car park on your left. You will need a code to enter as the Warrant Building is only available to tenants and their guests. Park at your convenience in the private, video-surveillance lot and enter the building.
If entering Hwy 59, exit at I-10 west toward San Antonio. Take your first exit, 769B towards San Jacinto St/Main St and continue along the feeder and follow the signs for “To Downtown”. Stay left to go under the freeway and at the stoplight the building is visible ahead on your left. You will need a code to enter as the Warrant Building is only available to tenants and their guests. Park at your convenience in the private, video-surveillance lot and enter the building.
