Property inspections If necessary, we perform annual inspections (internal and external) according to a predefined schedule and send our owner periodic reports on the condition of the property when repairs are needed. Financial Reporting We provide monthly cash flow reports as well as annual reports, structured for tax purposes, as well as necessary tax documents including Form 1099. Evictions We attach relevant documentation to initiate and complete a wrongful detainer action, coordinate with an attorney for legal representation in court, and coordinate with the police to remove the tenant when necessary. Legal Guidelines We understand and comply with the latest local, state and federal laws regarding the rental and maintenance of rental properties and advise our owners in the event of a legal dispute.
