While the “normal” office presence has been disrupted due to the Pandemic, the temporary process has not gone smoothly. In fact, I cannot imagine a more efficient and personal experience under any circumstances. Our documents were barely deposited when Jamie Miller greeted us at the deposit box. He left to review the document extensively and report if any additions were needed; and give detailed instructions on how to complete it.

Brenda Moskowitz is very professional. He also found out at the meeting. He researches the necessary information and clearly shares it with the Board of Directors. If they don’t have an answer to a question, they get back to us. He listens to the board and explains during meetings why there are problems if there are problems. If you have any questions about the condo association ask Brenda. Brenda is the greatest asset to the Condominium Association.

Pompano Beach (/ˈpɒmpən oʊ/ POMP -ə-noh) is a city in Broward County, Florida, on the Atlantic Ocean coast, north of Fort Lauderdale. The nearby Hillsboro Inlet forms part of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. In csus 2020, the population of this city is 112,046 people.
Located 36 miles (58 km) north of Miami, it is the main city of the Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach metropolitan area, with an estimated population of 6,158,824 in 2017.
There had been scattered settlers in the area since at least the mid-1880s, but the first documented permanent residents of the Pompano area were George Butler and Frank She and their families, who arrived in 1896 as railroad employees.

After the population boom due to World War II, in 1947, the City of Pompano merged with the newly formed municipality on the beach and became the City of Pompano Beach.
In 1950, the city’s population reached 5,682. Like most of southeast Florida, Pompano Beach experienced massive growth in the late 20th century as many people immigrated from the northern United States. A large seasonal population also winters in the area. The city of Pompano Beach celebrated its ctnial in 2008.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city covers an area of 25.4 square miles (65.8 km).
Pompano Beach is in northeastern Broward County on the Atlantic Ocean. It includes about 3 miles (5 km) of shoreline, exiting the intersection of State Road A1A and Terra Mar Drive to the Hillsboro Inlet. The city is bordered by the following municipalities:
