CEO Jim Davis and Chris Murray played football together at Cherry Creek High School. Both Davis and Murray are driven by community roots, motivated to support other communities through affordable housing. Davis has worked in the banking industry for 28 years and came across this opportunity while contemplating a career change. He said, “Once I started studying in the sector, it was not difficult to see the opportunity. Consistent cash flow and strong occupancy rates in the manufactured home community make this a compelling story to share with investors.”

GoFresh Homes takes ownership of park-owned homes, becoming tenants for monthly ground-lease payments to the owner of the manufactured home community. According to Chris Murray, GoFresh Homes is “flexible”. We can work with community owners and managers in multiple ways. Building Maintenance Programs
GoFresh Homes also provides an opportunity to invest in the manufactured housing industry by allowing investors to fund a group of homes and wait for expected returns. Their goal is to create partnerships where they can pay cash alongside their partners, supporting their decision to own more parks or put more homes on their lots for land-lease revenue.
Partners and operating investors Howard Lieber, Chris Murray, Scott Pomeroy and John Rich join the GoFresh effort to support the manufactured home community. John Rich, a country musician, entrepreneur and media personality, became a partner in 2019. John Rich grew up in a manufactured home and is a strong advocate for the industry. “He really wanted to get into the industry and has a lot of love for hard-working Americans who want to have a home of their own,” Murray said.
