Full payment of the rental is due and payable upon booking the reservation. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refund or compensation will be given for late arrival or departure before the scheduled time.
Minimum rental age is 25 years without exception. Primary renter requires valid photo ID for check-in. Parties who do not meet age requirements will be denied entry or ejected from the property without refund.
All reservations are subject to registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These charges are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking on the property will result in a $500 reinstatement fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. Damage Waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Great location, quiet, if you are looking for a relaxing vacation here is the exact and perfect place.
The house has a perfect view to the beach, the stairwell has the most perfect view! We loved the beach in our backyard! But as soon as you step into it, the house is not what we expected. It was so dirty and moldy that the ceiling in the front room was literally falling. The soap dispenser was empty. The money we spent is not worth it. Because of that we didn’t spend much time at home.
This was probably my worst experience with an AirBnb rental. It’s a collection of lots of little things that make it a place I don’t recommend. It all started when we first arrived – we were sent the wrong door code. The management company resolved it quickly but it was inconvenient to start our trip. When you first walk into the condo it smells pretty musty/musty and the air conditioning never worked very well so it was always pretty humid inside and never really cool. The place really needs a good scrub and some basic routine maintenance. There was a lot of mold on the shower curtain in the bedrooms. If you walk around without your shoes on, the bottoms of your feet will turn black in no time from the carpet in the main sitting area. One of the toilets backed up the first time it was used and someone came to flush it – we were advised not to use that toilet during our stay. The kitchen was generally not well stocked. We quickly decided that even though there was a full kitchen, it was difficult to cook there. There were no sponges to clean the dishes. There were no pillow cases on any of the pillows in the upstairs bedrooms and my sister-in-law woke up in the middle of the night to a centipede running across her face. The beach is amazing and you are literally right there. I was with my family for the first time in a year and a half, so there were plenty of good distractions between being with loved ones and enjoying beach time but I questioned whether the money we paid was worth the place. I organized a trip and received complaints from everyone I was traveling with. The location was definitely not as “spectacular” as the listing described.
Convenient location with beautiful view but come prepared to clean to be comfortable. Dirty floors and shower and AC problems. Due to lack of cleanliness we will not stay again.
