Kristine has been with the company for over a year and is the first person a new or future tenant will meet. Sean is a licensed attorney, practicing law since 2007. His focus is on real estate and landlord/tenant law, primarily representing investors, developers and landlords. At our company, he serves as a project manager for major renovations and our in-house compliance specialist, helping us navigate the ever-changing tenant laws across the state and in the City of Portland. Sean is an active member of the community as a volunteer with local neighborhood and business associations, as well as a board member of Innovative Housing, Inc., a non-profit affordable housing organization.
