The McBride Garden was the first of five gardens and was purchased in 1970. It is located in the Lavai Valley south of Kauai. It was a sugar cane plantation owned by the McBride family. Now it serves as a research and conservation park. Allerton Gardens is a favorite of Hollywood producers and was chosen as one of the “50 Places of a Lifetime” by National Geographic Traveler.

Guests will find the pull-out sofa a comfortable place to relax while watching a movie, and the foliage framed by the sliding doors to the lanai prove a peaceful place to wake up in the morning. Sit on the lanai’s lounge chairs or outdoor dining chairs and sip your morning coffee while listening to the melodious trills of birdsong. A second glass slider gives you access to the bedroom, thanks to the room’s tall windows. A good sized workspace is available for your use and the queen size bed position takes full advantage of the garden views from the lanai. Well appointed bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo and plenty of counter space around the unit.
Pass the palm and watermelon lined pools to the community pool and hot tub, where you can spend time working on your tan, then take a dip in the pool to beat those hot evenings. Prepare some teriyaki chicken and kalbi to cook on the outdoor BBQ and gather around the covered seating for a relaxed dining experience.

Walk 15 minutes from Waikomo Stream and a little further to Lavai Beach, where you can swim to a protected reef and see a variety of fish and other marine life, which serves as a veritable aquarium. Visit the Shops at Kukui’ula for fine dining at Roy Yamaguichi or Merriman’s Eating House 1849 or browse local boutiques to pick up souvenirs for friends and family or buy something special for yourself.
We had a great time and would love to return with more family. The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach towels, coffee).
Our Airbnb was easy to check in, very clean when we arrived, and had useful amenities like chairs and umbrellas for going to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!
This apartment was great! It was spacious and breezy with a lovely patio overlooking a creek. Elite Pacific was really communicative and easy to reach. Being so centrally located, we found that we could walk to many restaurants, attractions, and beaches.

Beautiful location and many amenities. We used beach chairs, towels and coffee. The extra room allowed us to spread out and relax. We enjoyed eating on the lanai where we could use the pool multiple times.

Great location close to everything in Poipu and walking distance. The pool was a plus after a long day of hiking and hanging out at the beach. The BBQ’s are great when we don’t want to go out (we were busy the week we were there) and walking distance to Wild Shrimp, Da Crack, Eating House, Merriman’s and Lapper’s for ice cream was a plus. all in all. Good value for stay. The condo was clean, check in was easy and a quick text about check out was answered within 10 minutes. Will stay again

We had a great stay in Poipu! Every day in the south of the island the late March weather was beautiful. The unit was close to many attractions and was an easy walk to local shops, restaurants and beaches. and unit. It was very spacious and breezy. We appreciated the little details like beach chairs, a cooler and tupperware to use during our stay.
A very spacious bedroom with a large balcony on a large lot. Well equipped apart from two minor inconveniences, no toaster and a small hair dryer which was difficult to use but no big deal.
Elite Pacific is the best management company I have ever worked with. I will recommend them to all my friends and family traveling to Hawaii. I will definitely book with them
