The buildings are two storey low cottage style of local stone and the main houses are whitewashed externally. The current division is divided into two independent units.
The door to the main house opens into a spacious sitting room with a traditional working fireplace, kitchen and a large panoramic glass fronted living room of around 40 square metres, with double doors leading out onto the stone patio. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Adjacent to the building, but not currently connected, are a cellar and chestnut drying room on the ground floor and two rooms on the upper floor.
The second house has an open space living room with kitchen. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom and a bathroom. Adjacent to this building is a great room with independent access on the ground level except for the door to the bathroom/laundry room. Above this is a spacious room with attractive exposed chestnut beams accessed externally from the rear of the building.
The houses and buildings are all easily accessible via an extensive stone patio that forms a connecting level and leads to the 11 x 5.5m swimming pool with solarium.
