Larry the owner neglects the properties he manages, I have lived in my townhouse for 7 years and he constantly misses payments for landscaping and I can’t explain where the missing money is. My window has been broken for 6 months and Larry said it can continue to wait until he and his family finish their vacation. Larry and his company never respond to any email unless you send several emails and call Larlyn is a great waste management company. I miss living at 1588 Ernest Ave. Back in the early 2000s. I found them to be a place I called home that was clean and well maintained. I never had a problem there during the day. I recently did some research and it makes me sad that Ernest ave is not a public rental, just in case you come across a private rental ad in the building. I guess I lost my chance to live again and relive all the horrible memories I made there. Oh, I wish I could go back there 1 more time to call it my forever home these days. I have lived in a Laralyn condo for 14 years now. I have been through countless new agents over the years always hoping things will get better. I am at my last straw today after years of paying condo fees to this company with no help as usual. I’ve spent the last 10 minutes going through all the comments and it looks like I’m not the only one. I wish I could get out of here ASAP but the housing market is just crazy. I wish I had something good to say about them, I just can’t find one. I see the owner likes to reply and attack people… Maybe they can reply and get me some more details on mine I need to remove I was sent an email “You need to put it on your floor to complete the basic crack job”. I’ve worked in customer service for years, a little help goes a long way when people are dealing with things they don’t understand. Worst service…I am a home owner, if I had known abt their services, I never would have bought this place….I don’t know what to pay for association fees….since we moved here so much trouble and they never answer, we should not ask them many times then you can get some answer and still not a solution to the problem of smell. If you are lucky enough to get a response after leaving multiple emails and voicemails expect poor customer service and layers of mismanagement for issues that can be resolved with good communication. The website doesn’t help much either when many pages are broken.
