Stephen Pence is the broker/owner of Laramie Property Management Group and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2013. Stephen first caught the real estate bug in 2008 when he bought a rental property while attending the University of Wyoming. In 2011, Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and moved to Vernal, UT to pursue this career. It only took two years for him to realize that being behind a computer 60+ hours a week was not the life for him. When the opportunity presented itself in Laramie to apply his problem-solving skills as a property manager, he jumped at the chance.
Stephen obtained his brokerage license and founded Laramie Property Management Group in 2015. Since then, the company has more than tripled in size and now offers quotes and sales services. Stephen is a member of the Laramie Board of REALTORS® and is active in the Laramie community in various service organizations. 2017 brought exciting changes with the opportunity to remodel the interior of the old Mentz Motor company building into new 3,000 square foot office space. He loves living and working in this community and is grateful to have been able to transform one of the classic buildings in downtown Laramie into an office for the Laramie Property Management Group for many years to come.

Mindi grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and moved to Laramie, WY in 2015. She has worked in the management field for over 10 years and has been with Laramie Property Management Group since April 2016.
