We firmly believe that communication with property owners is absolutely necessary. Many property owners live outside the city, making it impossible for them to inspect their own properties or stop by the property manager’s office. We understand this very well, which is why we go to great lengths to keep our clients in the loop on what is happening with their properties. From monthly account reports to keeping you in the loop on inspections and work orders, you’ll always know what’s going on with your property. We have an “Owner” website that allows you to log in and get information on your property anytime, anywhere in the world, as long as you have internet access. We also have an entire team managing customer service with average response times in minutes, not days. Being out of town shouldn’t mean you’re out of the loop.

Debbie Miller’s love of working with homeowners began in 2004 when she moved to Lake Oconee with her husband and began working at Reynolds Plantation. During that time, Debbie was introduced to property management through Reynolds Plantation’s long-term rental program. He then promoted and managed the entire program for many years.
Debbie quickly learned that many of the lake area’s homeowners had primary residences in the city and developed strong relationships with many of them. He also learned that there aren’t many options in Lake Oconee that provide quality property management services for these homeowners.

In August of 2009, an opportunity presented itself and Debbie acquired Holiday Homes Solutions LLC, a property management company that focuses on secondary home property management as well as individual meeting services. While the business model remains the same, the company was reborn in early 2012 changing the name from Holiday Home Solutions, LLC to Home Caretaker.
Debbie continues to provide excellent service and peace of mind to her clients and resides in Lake Oconee with her husband, Justin and their two sons.
Home Care provides high quality, one-of-a-kind, worry-free service for our second home. They are our first call for any issue, which we know will be resolved (in our season, not “pool season”) without the need to follow up. They allow us to feel like we are on vacation at our lake house, instead of having to face the second house. We are customers for life.
