I was an owner-“landlord” with Management One for 32 years. They managed my rental property in Sunnymead Ranch starting in 1989, until they sold it for me in May 2021. I live in Texas, and from the time I turned her in to my M-1 until I sold her, I never had to go back to to check it, although they sent me pictures and an inspection report every year. They were great at keeping the property occupied and the rent paid. The average tenant stayed there for 2 or 3 years. Their rehab department never took more than about 7-10 days to renovate the house after each tenant moved out and get it ready for the next tenant.

When the courthouse reopened, M-1 handled the eviction in no time. Ron, the CEO, spent time with me on the phone to discuss market conditions and advise me on various aspects of continuing to rent, or sell, as well as other market related matters.
Cheri, president, did the same and assisted me with advice on local and state regulations, evictions, sales and tax documents. Steve at Rehab always did a great job. After I decided to sell, he got the property spic-and-span and had everything done and ready for market, as he had always done between each tenant. He sent me pictures for review.
The property was sold through First Choice Investments. Krissia Pena did a great job. I was happy that I didn’t have to go to CA and just did all the documents electronically. She advised me on the difference between preparing for a sublease and a sale and saved me a lot of money in preparation. Krissia advised me on what price to set. We received 27 showings and 10 offers on the first day on the market. We accepted an increased offer and the house sold on day two for $40k more than the listing price (it was already wildly overpriced). I just agreed with everything Krissia suggested…it was like being married to her! (lol) It all turned out great. If I ever choose to own an investment property again, I will call First Choice Investments and Management One.
For over 30 (thirty) years, Management I did an excellent job of taking care of our Corona home rentals. Managers I deep knowledge and understanding of the rental market in the area was a great asset in finding the right tenants, whenever the property was available, overseeing the rental process and ensuring a smooth and efficient relationship between tenants and owners. The management’s efficiency and effectiveness in managing the rental property, the pleasant personality of the company’s staff, incredible negotiation skills and patience throughout, were all necessary factors to create trust and credibility and greatly facilitate communication between all parties involved. Management I’s staff proved to be knowledgeable, professional and reliable over three decades of managing our properties and gave us targeted and sound advice. This good work was primarily due to the excellent management skills and strong supervision of its president over the company’s work.
