I have to give KRC 10/10 for their excellent customer service. clean building and professional maintenance staff I live in a studio apartment. in one of their cathedral hill buildings. I live at 2121 Garfield in a beautifully renovated single bedroom. It’s clean, comfortable and has a great kitchen. The people at Kleinman are always friendly and communicate well with what is going on around the building. I will recommend them and especially my position It’s great for the price. (I went because I moved out of the country)
The cold, snow, and ice that fell upon us in February and March was no problem at Riverside Flats (940 Franklin Terrace). A young couple hired outside to look after the pavement and mortar entrance. always be neat It’s the best sidewalk in the neighborhood. Thank you Kleinman for hiring great people.

We’ve been living at L7 Flats for a year now. No complaints at all with the management company. They meet the needs of maintenance quickly and hassle-free. They seem to pride themselves on keeping rent affordable and fair while still getting cheap Uber rides from the cities. Highly recommended! They also garden, renovate and maintain the facility to keep it looking beautiful. One thing to note is that they have blackout days in winter. But that’s pretty normal and it’s not a big deal if you plan ahead.
My boyfriend and I have just been accepted into our first apartment. And one of the apartments via KRC Kelsey and Barb were so helpful and wonderful. They helped us through the process and made us really excited about our date!

I love my apartment at Pleasant Place. I’ve only lived for a little over a year. And the building itself is awesome. Well maintained, responsive, clean and comfortable. Tiffany, the owner/property manager is on-site. Very friendly, helpful and responsive to any concerns/issues. I look forward to renting from KRC again in the future.
