The Paskin Group, a Santa Barbara-based real estate investment and management firm, has closed the sale of Killeen’s Keystone Apartments to Kingsley Associates, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based private buyer.
Keystone apartments, built in 1985, is a community with 212 units. The property, appraised at $8.7 million, is at 2502 Bacon Ranch Road in Killeen.

The Paskin Group declined to disclose the amount for which the complex was sold, and Bell County’s property records office, as of Thursday, did not have a bill of sale yet.
