Keez Property Management – During the concept and design phase, I worked closely with the management team to discuss their business objectives, identify the scope of the project and develop a design strategy for a responsive, online booking website.
As a UX / UI designer, I have been responsible for industry research, user research, information architecture, user experience design, interaction design, interface design, and prototyping. I helped bring down the keez to revamp their online presence and move from their outdated websites to a new, improved and responsive website that dramatically increased overall, and especially mobile, conversion rate.

Extensive research helped me imagine how experience should fit into the life of target markets. I imagined ideal experiences and focused on how people think and behave.

Working closely with the management team, I devised a number of tasks that users perform when planning their vaccinations. I classified and segmented activities into behavioral subgroups and aligned them with content and functionality. So, I prioritized them based on people’s needs and my clients’ business goals.
By understanding the contexts of using the website, we got a clear insight into the look and sound of the brand. We have developed a set of experience principles. to communicate the personality of Drop the Keez to its audience. We have used these principles consistently to guide the aesthetics, feel and overall direction of the website.
First, I defined the overall structure of the experience. Then, I proceeded to generate several ideas for organizing the user interface, information architecture, functional elements and interactive behaviors.
After setting the direction of the design, I highlighted the primary paths that characters would explore through the website; and has created several key user paths for each of them, in order to conceptualize and structure the content and functionality.

I used Adobe XD to design, prototype and test interactions and transitions. My clients have agreed that we opt for subtle but creative transitions to make the experience as smooth and intuitive as possible.
To make it easier for users to navigate between the services covered by each plan, I have chosen to design a side-by-side comparison preview of each plan; each side leads to the respective booking page. I include a combination of text and icons in this section and throughout the website. This design decision provided visually familiar elements that emphasized the brand’s friendly character, improved aesthetic and UX.
Perhaps the most challenging design task on this project was the booking and payment design. My design strategy was to keep the booking experience look quick and easy. Due to the high volume of information requested by the user, a stacked one-page form could easily be overwhelming and scare potential customers. Therefore, I have decided to break the module down into four main steps. The required fields in each segment of the form will appear only after completing the previous section. This design decision proved successful when we tested it against two other design formats, including a simple stacked form.
My Drop the Keez customers have reported increased user engagement, drastically lower bounce rate on mobile devices, and an increase in overall bookings, thanks to the implementation of the online booking system.
