Instead of experienced brokers, there is a management team that helps younger agents find their footing and have a platform to talk about industry challenges. Founded in 1976 in Northern California, Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc. opened its first office in Santa Rosa before expanding to Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties. “In addition to commercial real estate, we also offer property management and construction services to streamline every aspect of a customer’s transaction,” says Brian Keegan, Director of Operations.
