Kalt Property Management – Michael founded Partners Path in 2013, to invest in multiple sectors, primarily real estate, on behalf of a select group of ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior to his time at Partners Path, Michael was Senior Vice President of Development and Business Affairs for the Tampa Bay Rays, where he was part of the core management team that dramatically turned around what had been one of the most under-performing franchises in professional football. sports Michael previously worked in Mayor Bloomberg’s office as a senior policy advisor to the New York City Deputy Mayor for Economic Development. In that capacity, he managed relations between the mayor’s office and the city’s Economic Development Corporation, coordinated area-wide planning and economic development initiatives throughout the five boroughs, and served as the city’s point person for the development of the new Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, and the Barclays Center. Before joining the Bloomberg administration, Michael was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company, where he focused on addressing both strategic and operational issues for media and telecommunications companies.
Michael received his BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from Brown University and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Alex identifies new property acquisitions, executes asset improvement plans and manages portfolio properties in the New York City area for Partners Path. Previously, Alex founded his own real estate company focused on the ownership and management of properties in North Brooklyn.
Alex received his BA in Government and American Studies from Cornell University and his MBA, with a focus in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship, from New York University’s Stern School of Business. services to all relevant players in today’s sophisticated real estate environment. His clients range from entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals to all types of real estate companies, including publicly traded REITs, mid-sized partnerships and institutional groups. His work includes negotiating retail, industrial and commercial leases, all aspects of financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions of all types of property (ranging from high-end residential to commercial properties to TV/film studios to mobile home parks), as well as joint venture negotiations and all relevant agreements in hospitality-related transactions. He also represents a large investment fund in facilitating land bank transactions with merchants throughout the country.

A co-founder of The Kalt Group, Connie Kalt-Marco brings her professional knowledge and experience as a Licensed Real Estate Broker to the company. Later in life, Connie also received her license to practice Marriage and Family Therapy (M.F.T.). Her passion lies within the family business, learned first-hand from the founding Kalt generation. As the senior child of Sam and Ilona Kalt, Connie is integral to continuing the Kalt legacy.
Co-founder of The Kalt Group, Michele brings her gregarious personality and expansive network of successful men and women to the company’s doorstep. Michele is a Licensed Cardiologist by trade, but her lively personality has connected The Kalt Group with important city officials, investors and many clients.
The Kalt Group stumbled upon an incredible fortune when Ina came in 2006 as Office Administrator. Ina enjoys meeting the needs of tenants and her approachable personality gives her the assurance that any concerns they have will be addressed in a timely manner. Ina prides herself on establishing excellent communication and quality rapport with all tenants.
