Many people love Kailua’s quieter, smaller-town feel compared to metro Honolulu, as well as its miles of beautiful beaches, including the now world-famous Lanikai Beach, and its many public parks. Many beaches are within walking or biking distance of most homes, adding to the desirability of the area.
Kailua is also relatively flat and less populated than Honolulu, making it more bike-friendly than Honolulu. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning for optimal temperature comfort.
The spacious common area features a large kitchen equipped with multiple stainless steel appliances and a large worktop with bar stools to allow each chef to feel in their culinary element while entertaining guests. Overlooking the kitchen is a dining table with seating for eight, and a living room with a soft sofa and a flat-screen TV. The common space flows seamlessly through the open front door to a large covered lanai (porch) with various lounge chairs and tables that overlook both the lush vegetation of the lawn and the ocean. It’s the perfect place to spend a day soaking up the tropical sun or unwind at the end of the day watching the Hawaiian sunset. Around the corner of the home is a large private plunge and shallow pool surrounded by a variety of tropical plants.

The Primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, private balcony with amazing ocean views, ceiling fan, sofa and large private en-suite bathroom with two vanities, large tub, balcony access and shower. All this is decorated. chic white marble tiling. Guest Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 twin beds with a king bed, ceiling fan, sofa, ocean and garden views, access to the outdoor lanai, and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, sofa, ceiling fan, ocean and garden views, access to the outdoor lanai, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, extra room with desk and couch that doubles as an extra bed for two extra guests. The room overlooks the pool and has a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Guest Bedroom 5 is furnished with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, sitting area, desk, pool view, and private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.
Kailua Beach Villa is within walking distance of some of Oahu’s most prized beaches, such as Kailua and Kalama Beach & Beach Parks. It is within walking distance of Kailua’s historic downtown, which offers plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family. If you’re looking for a more metropolitan atmosphere, downtown Honolulu is a 20-minute drive away and is Hawaii’s central urban hub with endless options for restaurants, boutiques and entertainment.
